Balakrishna Receives Lifetime Honour

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Film Festival (IIFD) in New Delhi.

This award was presented by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at an event held last night. Meanwhile Balakrishna has started shooting for his 111th film directed by Gopichand Malineni.

The film which is yet to be titled, is being planned for a grand release during Dasara 2026. It is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru on a big budget.

After this project Balayya Babu will team up with director Vivek Athreya for another interesting film.

This project will begin after Dasara and will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers for a summer 2027 release.
